測試理論

以某種膜材料為例，將膜用可與其浸潤的液體充分潤濕，由于表面張力的存在，浸潤液將被 束縛在膜的孔隙內(nèi)；給膜的一側(cè)加以逐漸增大的氣體壓強，當氣體壓強達到大于某孔徑內(nèi)浸潤液的表面張力產(chǎn)生的壓強時，該孔徑中的浸潤液將被氣體推出；由于孔徑越小，表面張力產(chǎn)生的壓強越高，所以要推出其中的浸潤液所需施加的氣體壓強也越高；同樣，可知，孔徑zui大的孔內(nèi)的浸潤液將首先會被推出，使氣體透過，然后隨著壓力的升高，孔徑由大到小，孔中的浸潤液依次被推出，使氣體透過，直至全部的孔被打開，達到與干膜相同的透過率；

    首先被打開的孔所對應(yīng)的壓力，為泡點壓力，該壓力所對應(yīng)的孔徑為zui大孔徑； 在此過程中，實時記錄壓力和流量，得到壓力-流量曲線；壓力反應(yīng)孔徑大小的信息，流量反應(yīng)某種孔徑的孔的多少的信息；然后再測試出干膜的壓力-流量曲線，可根據(jù)相應(yīng)的公式計算得到該膜樣品的zui大孔徑、平均孔徑、zui小孔徑以及孔徑分布、透過率。

Test theory
