注意事項：

●本儀器試驗過程中如空氣相對濕度大于70%，兩電極間空氣放電的距離會增加很多，所以試驗中請與儀器保持1.2米的距離。

●本儀器之控制計算機專為電壓擊穿試驗機設計，請勿隨意添加和刪除程序或移作它用。

●本公司保留對設備改進的權利，并不另行通知用戶。

安全保護功能：

◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無電壓。

100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

◆ 設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。

接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

◆ 該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，

主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.

(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

◆ 試驗放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。
