樣品中的有機物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導率檢測技術測定二氧化碳，通過電導率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化的樣品總無機碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

應用范圍
1. 該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機碳的濃度；也可用于半導體行業(yè)中超純水TOC的檢測。

2. 在制藥領域和生物化學領域清潔驗證過程中，可用于驗證清潔效果。

工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過測試經(jīng)過氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。

Working principle
